Westwood One Appoints Andrew R. Hersam Executive Vice President, Sales and Chief Revenue Officer

NEW YORK, April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Westwood One (NYSE:WON) announced today the appointment of Andrew R. Hersam to Executive Vice President of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer.

Mr. Hersam was most recently Vice President and Publishing Director at Rodale Inc, where he helped the Runner's World brand's advertising and sponsorship revenue for print, digital and events increase more than 150%. Under Hersam's leaderships Runner's World was recognized twice for AdWeek's "Hot List" and Advertising Age's "A-List" of Best Consumer Magazine brands. Prior to joining Rodale, Hersam served as New York Advertising Sales Director and Sales Development Director for Sports Illustrated during the brand's most successful years. Earlier in his career, Hersam held several advertising sales positions including Advertising Director at Details magazine and Director of Corporate Sales at Times-Mirror Magazines.
