Faith Coaching Network Offers Inspirational Audio Series to Radio Stations

Faith Coaching Network Offers Inspirational Audio Series to Radio Stations

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas, April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Faith Coaching Network (http://www.faithteam.org/) is introducing daily inspiration via two new audio series, "i2eye" and "Prayer Points," both available for downloading by radio stations.

"Prayer Points" are 60-second spots that contain brief but timely "headline" items from a Christian perspective. The spots are written and voiced by L.B. Lyon, an award-winning veteran newsman in the Dallas/Fort Worth region of Texas. "The mainstream news media doesn't tell you what is happening with the people who are serving God around the world," said Lyon. "How often can you turn on the local TV news ... or listen to news on the radio or pick up your town newspaper and read about the challenges and successes facing people working in the mission field? Not often. But Prayer Points will bring you that information and a reminder to pray for these people and these ministries."

The "i2eye" spots are also 60 seconds in length and are written and narrated by Ron Rose, founder of the Faith Coaching Network. The series conveys stories of hope and inspiration with the purpose of grabbing listeners' attention and energizing their day.

Both Christian and secular stations are running the spots. KLUV 98.7, one of the top CBS stations in America and a major player in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, is airing the "i2eye" spots on its morning show. KDKR 91.3, a small non-commercial station transmitting out of Decatur, Texas, has packaged "i2eye" with "Prayer Points" along with an introduction, creating a two-minute faith feature. Two other stations will begin airing the spots in May.

These two series are just the latest in Faith Coaching Network's radio resources. The Web site has long contained a series of 90-second spots called "Faith Features" in which Lyon interviews a variety of believers. "Everyone has a story to tell of a not-so-ordinary moment when they felt the hand of God on them," said Lyon. "These are exciting stories that don't deal with doctrine or denominationalism. Most of us don't recognize God's hands on our lives on a daily basis. I want to share the stories of how God touched someone."

"Think of Faith Features as the outcome of inspired people who are making news for God and want to tell what God has done in their lives," said Rose. "Prayer Points is news for prayer lists and i2eye inspires people to think of the spiritual side of life on a daily basis."

The Faith Coaching Web site contains samples of all three audio series, and the series are available to radio stations without charge. Program directors can e-mail Rose to schedule uploads. Rose is also planning to provide podcasts of all the radio resources in May 2008.
