NexxNow-CTAL Merger Finalized

BUFFALO, N.Y., April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The merger between Centale, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: CTAL) and sports media and marketing company NexxNow China, Inc. became effective April 25, 2008. The Board of Directors has approved the public company name change to NexxNow, Inc. and the formation of wholly owned subsidiaries NexxNow China, Inc. and NexxNow Basketball, Inc. The company will submit the required SEC filings and expects that the new name and trading symbol will be effective in the next 30 days.

The primary business initiative of NexxNow China, Inc. is to become the premier exporter of US sports content to China via television, broadband and mobile distribution. NexxNow Basketball, Inc. will own and operate the NexxNow Buffalo Dragons, a professional basketball team of the Premier Basketball League (PBL).

A press conference is scheduled for Wednesday, April 30th, 2008 at 10:00 am to introduce the NexxNow Dragons to their new city. "Buffalo is 'purely' a basketball town and we are proud to call this city home. We have been received with open arms by the political and business communities and are committed to delivering a product of excellence," stated Paul Riley, NexxNow CEO.
