Stacey Kaufman Promoted to Vice President, Digital Marketing

Tony Zito Becomes Vice President, The N Online

NEW YORK, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group announces the promotions of two digital executives: Stacey Kaufman has been upped to Vice President, Digital Marketing; and Tony Zito has been promoted to Vice President, The N Online. The announcement was made by Steve Youngwood, Executive Vice President, Digital Media, Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group, to whom they report. Ms. Kaufman will simultaneously report to Pam Kaufman, Chief Marketing Officer for Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group.

In her new role, Ms. Kaufman is responsible for supervising all marketing strategy and implementation, search engine optimization and marketing, viral campaigns and cross-site promotions relating to Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family digital brands, products and initiatives, including: Nick.com, NickJr.com, ParentsConnect.com, TurboNick and Nicktropolis. In addition she will generate sales for the premium digital businesses, including Nick Arcade, myNOGGIN, Nick Mobile and paid digital video.

A seven-year Nickelodeon veteran, Ms. Kaufman was formerly Senior Director of Interactive and Electronics for Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products, where she was responsible for oversight of strategy, marketing, production and business development for Nickelodeon's videogame and consumer electronics businesses. She launched the highly successful SpongeBob SquarePants videogame franchise, has overseen the development and marketing of many number-one selling kids videogame titles and a number of games that reached Sony's Greatest Hits and Nintendo's Player's Choice status.

Prior to joining Nickelodeon, Mrs. Kaufman worked in the advertising industry, most recently as the Vice President, Account Supervisor at Saatchi & Saatchi's Kid Connection, managing General Mills' Big G cereal business. She earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and lives in New York with her husband, Brooks, and their new baby girl, Dylan.

Mr. Zito, now Vice President, The N Online, a leading destination for teen girls, is responsible for overseeing The-N.com and Quizilla.com, as well as other digital initiatives for The N network across all non-linear platforms. In 2008, Mr. Zito will launch The-NGames.com as the first major casual gaming site to focus solely on teen girls by partnering The-N.com with AddictingGames. In addition, Mr. Zito will mold and grow Quizilla.com to be a leading user-generated content site for teens.

Earlier, Mr. Zito served as Director of Online Production and Product Development for The-N.com, where he oversaw the development and launch of such initiatives as social networking on The-N.com; The Click, The N's broadband video player; and such hit game franchises as Avatar Prom and The Hook-Up. The-N.com was launched in 2002, and under his stewardship has developed into a leading teen online destination, attracting millions of visitors each month.

Prior to joining MTV Networks in 2001, Mr. Zito served as Director of Production at PeopleNews.com, based in London, where he helped launch a major online gossip/society magazine. Before this, he served as Director of Production at Bottle Rocket, an online game company based in New York which produced hit games for such partners as Major League Baseball, HBO, the National Hockey League, and EA. Mr. Zito is a graduate of Brown University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Art/Semiotics.
