Nick Carter Prepares to Sue Accuser and Legal Team Over Frivolous Lawsuit

LOS ANGELES, July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- It has been reported that Nick Carter is named in a lawsuit filed against his sister, Bobby Jean Carter. The suit is supposedly filed by BJ Carter's former roommate who has attempted to capitalize on the Carter name by naming Nick Carter and his father Robert Carter in the suit. Nick Carter's attorney and publicist comment below:

"The claims filed against Nick Carter by the accuser are absolutely without merit. It is obvious that the only reason Nick Carter was named in this lawsuit was so that she could get publicity, since her lawsuit does not contain any claim that Nick Carter personally engaged in any wrongful conduct harming the accuser.
