A new survey of advertising and marketing executives says keeping a cool head in a crisis is a must-have skill for managers. According to those polled, one-third of an executive's time is spent responding to crises or problems. While troubleshooting for 20 minutes of every hour may seem extreme, that figure is down from a 2001 poll, in which respondents said 43 percent of an executive's time is spent addressing critical matters. Internet Icon and supermodel Cindy Margolis and her husband, Guy Starkman, became parents for a second time this week on July 17th with the help of a surrogate. Sierra and Sabrina Starkman were born at St. John's Hospital in Minnesota. They arrived five weeks early, but they are both doing great in the hospital's Special Care Unit.
