Lions Gate Entertainment Requests Due Diligence Information From Hit Entertainment PLC

LONDON, SANTA MONICA, Calif. and VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lions Gate Entertainment (NYSE:LGF) Toronto announced today that it has requested access to due diligence information from HIT Entertainment PLC because it is considering making an offer to acquire HIT.
