Comcast and Motorola Complete Agreement to Form Conditional Access Joint Ventures

PHILADELPHIA and HORSHAM, Pa., April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA)(NASDAQ:CMCSK) and Motorola, Inc. (NYSE:MOT) today announced that they have consummated their previously announced strategic relationship including two joint ventures focused on next-generation conditional access technologies and a multi-year set top commitment valued at more than US $1 billion.
