Following oral arguments March 29 in the case of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, Inc., et al v. Grokster, Ltd., the Supreme Court will decide whether the distribution of movie and music file-sharing software by Grokster and others violates the Federal Copyright Act.
