Capitol Records Is Proud To Announce The Release Of Neil Diamond's "Melody Road" On October 21

Long Awaited First New Studio Album in Six Years; Pre-orders Begin September 9

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Neil Diamond, one of the world's premier recording artists, internationally renowned and record-breaking concert performer and revered songwriter, is set to release his brand new studio album, Melody Road, on October 21(st). The album (full track listing below), marks his first original studio release in six years and first since signing with Capitol Records. Acclaimed producers Don Was and Jacknife Lee co-produced the album. In addition, there will be a special 36-page lyric book with guitar chords included in the packaging of each album.

The album will be available for pre-order starting on September 9(th) at Amazon.com. Amazon pre-orders give fans a code that will give them early access to purchase concert tickets for the 2015 tour. Tour dates and information have not yet been announced.
