Redefining 'dinner and a movie,' the Cinepolis experience offers high-end and personalized food and beverage services in luxurious, upscale surroundings. Sustaining this level of service in an industry with frequent seasonal staff rotation requires fast, effective employee onboarding as well as frequent, efficient communications with theater staff.
