Through this agreement, all Local Media Consortium member publishers will have access to the Tout Programmatic Video Content Exchange that matches relevant, high-quality video to articles in real-time across publications.
Local Media Consortium member companies will be able to leverage Tout's sophisticated video publishing, matching and insertion technology to generate new revenue and higher engagement across member sites. Together, the Local Media Consortium and Tout will deploy the first video publishing and programmatic video content exchange of its kind matching highly relevant video with articles being published by Local Media Consortium member publications in real-time. The Local Media Consortium represents more than 50 local media companies in top markets across all 50 states and Puerto Rico covering 1,200 individual publications.
