SAN DIEGO, Aug. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Episode #7 Story Plot:

In this week's episodes, teen brothers Josh and JB are forced to go scouting for an entertainment executive who can help them launch their teen record company. They hop over to Hawaii to find entertainment honcho "Dallas" but when they lose their luggage they are forced to come up with a new plan to locate their hopeful mentor. Then the boys get a call from their mole "Ken" who is back at their beach house in Southern California with a raunchy bunch of contestants who are wrecking havoc on their beach house.

"Josh and JB in the Industry" Show plot :

Josh, a 14 year old aspiring entrepreneur, teams up with his brother "JB" to launch their new cutting edge record label, Junior Records. Josh explains "I may be just 14 years old" but "I have a master plan to recruit the best talent nationwide." To accomplish this, JB and Josh must search and audition musicians, singers, composers, photographers, make up artists and stylists and find the best of the best!

About Josh and JB Welch:

Born and raised in San Diego, California brothers Josh and JB Welch make up this talented young group. Not only are these guys musically inclined but they are also heading up their own record label "Junior Records," and they are the youngest people to put together their own record label.

Josh & JB are from a multi-racial background and come from a strong musical heritage. Theatre and dance experience for Josh and JB stemmed at an early age from when their family opened a San Diego based theatre and dance group called "Applause Theatre," where both JB and Josh stepped onto the stage for live performances in plays like "Rumors" and "Our Town" and performed with the La Jolla Stage Company in "Amadeus." Since then Josh & JB have both been under the acting guidance of Hollywood, Broadway directors and great choreographers.

JB is currently in his second year of college. He began playing the piano at a young age and as he became older grew a passion for playing the guitar. Josh is currently in the 10th grade and the younger of the two. They recall it as if it were just yesterday when he and his brother came up with the idea of starting the label and now it has actually become a reality. "I want to send the message across to all the young kids to go ahead and pursue their dream. . . just do it! Will is power!" Their music has a unique sound with a mixture of pop and rock.
