Midwest Phenoms, The Clarks, Video Shot Entirely on the New SANYO Xacti 1080i Full HD Camcorder
CHATSWORTH, Calif., Sept. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The rock video from Midwest rock sensations, The Clarks, was shot entirely by the high-tech, pocket-sized new Full HD camcorder from SANYO.
Shot on location in Pittsburgh, PA, the new video features the song "Better Off Without You," which perfectly captures the big, neo-classic rock sound and powerful hooks that have made The Clarks a major draw in large concert venues for nearly 20 years. The group has previously released nine albums, appeared on Late Night with David Letterman, and have had their songs featured in numerous films and TV shows.
The Clarks' video was produced by Visceral Films. Armed with six pre-production samples of the new SANYO Xacti HD1000 camcorder and 20 Kingston Technology brand 4GB class six SDHC cards, Viseral Films shot the video in its entirety using the new HD1000. The HD1000 is the world's smallest and lightest Full HD (1080i) camcorder*(1), a newly-introduced tapeless consumer HD video camcorder that nevertheless produces beautiful high-definition video worthy of professional applications.
