Mackinaw's Friday Night Sock Hop

Kick off the Labor Day-Holiday Weekend with Mackinaw's Friday Night Sock Hop, on Friday, August 31st, 2007. Free entertainment and dancing under the Big Tent at Mackinaw City's waterfront park from 7pm-11pm. Stroll to the music of "Moose & Da Sharks" and show off your Hot Rod by joining the 50's car rally. Best 50's costume, twist contest and other prizes will be awarded. Food, beer and wine will be available for purchase.

WOMC -- the Oldies Station from Detroit will be broadcasting live at the event from 7pm -- 12 midnight.
