(NASDAQ:PRVT) , a leader in adult entertainment, today announced an exclusive content distribution deal to bring premium entertainment to North America.

Under the terms of the contract, New Frontier Media will be the exclusive licensee for distribution of Private content to the U.S. broadcast market including video-on-demand, pay-per-view, IPTV and television. A recognized leader in the production of high quality adult content, Private has an extensive library of over 1,000 titles and is one of the largest global adult entertainment companies.
