Seven Iowa and South Dakota Venues Are Now Offering Venue-Authorized Ticket Resale Through Ticketmaster TicketExchange

Compass Facility Management Views TicketExchange Integral to Venues' Customer Service Strategy

DES MOINES, Iowa, May 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Seven of Iowa and South Dakota's top entertainment venues have launched TicketExchange as their exclusive venue-authorized ticket resale service. The TicketExchange resale service provided by Ticketmaster is currently available for all events at Compass Facility managed venues including U.S. Cellular Center & Paramount Theatre, Adler Theatre & River Center, Hoyt Sherman Place and Clay County Regional Events Center in Iowa and at Swiftel Center in South Dakota, enabling ticket holders to resell tickets to other fans if they are unable to attend an event.

Through TicketExchange, ticket holders who are purchase their tickets through Ticketmaster or the venue box offices and are unable to attend the event, may visit the TicketExchange section of Ticketmaster.com and post their tickets for resale to other fans. Fans who purchase tickets through TicketExchange receive a brand new ticket with a new and unique barcode identifying the buyer as the new owner of that ticket. The TicketExchange transaction is entirely automated and processed by Ticketmaster, the recognized and trusted brand for event ticketing.
