'The 1st Amendment Stand-up' Features 27 Up-and-Coming Comedians

Even so, you can give that venerated document at least some credit for "The 1st Amendment Stand-up" a new, 13-episode, late-night raw and revolutionary exclusive stand-up comedy series from Starz InBlack. "The 1st Amendment Stand-up," which takes the freedom of speech to a whole new level, will premiere at 10 p.m. et/pt, Friday, October 14th and every Friday night following with an encore broadcast every Wednesday following "Top Slot" only on Starz InBlack.

Taped before a live audience in Atlanta, Georgia, each installment of "The 1st Amendment Stand-up" is hosted by comedian Doug Williams ("Premium Blend") and directed by Mike Bohusz ("Comic View"). Some of the featured comedians include Ralphie May ("Last Comic Standing"), Dr. Ken ("Comic Groove"), Annie McKnight ("Comic View"), Thea Vidale ("Thea"), Shang ("Comic View Grand Stand"), Lonnie Love ("Comic View"), Miguel Nunez ("Joey") and more. Adding more flavor to the show is the multi-talented DJ Nabs of Atlanta who spins the latest hip hop hits in between the laughs.
