NextMedia Operating, Inc. Announces the Sale of WDDW-FM Serving Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Bustos Media, LLC

DENVER, Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- NextMedia Group, Inc. ("NextMedia") announced today that its subsidiaries, NextMedia Operating, Inc. and NextMedia Licensing LLC, have signed a definitive agreement to sell WDDW-FM, serving Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Bustos Media, LLC for $10.2 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close late in the fourth quarter of 2005 or early first quarter 2006, pending FCC approval.
