"Given the phenomenal response by music fans nationwide who have flash mobbed out to the shows to date and registered as insiders at http://www.fusionflashconcerts.com/, Ford and Sony Pictures Digital decided to reward their support with a bonus show by a red-hot band in the nation's capitol," said Ben Poore, Ford Division car group marketing manager. Thus far, the Fusion Flash Concerts series has featured The Roots, who kicked off the series in New York with a jam-packed July 14 performance at Pier 54; Jermaine Dupri, who hip-hopped into Atlanta on July 16; Fat Joe, who brought down the house at the Trocadero in Philadelphia on July 20; Staind, who drew 12,000+ Boston fans on August 9th; Collective Soul, who rocked Dallas on Aug. 23; Wallflowers, who lit up Los Angeles on Sept. 1; and Louis XIV, who punk rocked San Francisco on Sept. 6.
