WHAT: Platinum recording artists Destiny's Child will visit the Ronald McDonald House of New York City from 3-4 p.m. Saturday, July 30, 2005. The women from Destiny's Child will take a tour of the house -- the largest Ronald McDonald House in the world -- then join in a cookie- decorating event with the many children who are staying at the House while undergoing medical treatment at nearby hospitals.

Destiny's Child, currently on the final concert tour as a group, are global ambassadors for Ronald McDonald House Charities. Due to their partnership with the charity, the group is donating $1.00 from every concert ticket sold during their U.S. tour to "give a hand" to children in need around the world.
