PRN and the Cleveland Clinic Team Up to Provide Health Tips on the Wal-Mart TV Network

SAN FRANCISCO, June 20 /PRNewswire/ -- PRN Corporation announced today that Premier Retail Networks, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, is teaming up with The Cleveland Clinic, consistently named one of the nation's best hospitals, to provide health tips and information to viewers of the Wal-Mart Television Network. The health programming will begin airing in mid-June 2005, in more than 2,650 Wal-Mart stores with a total of more than 130 million viewers a month.

PRN is working with The Cleveland Clinic to create health programming specially tailored for Wal-Mart TV, which is located throughout Wal-Mart, as well as for Pharmacy TV, which is located within Wal-Mart pharmacies. This programming on Wal-Mart TV will focus on personal health topics, such as diabetes, heart disease and obesity, and seasonal health tips, including "Coping With Summer Allergies," "Protecting Your Family From Mosquitoes," "Applying Sunscreen," and "Summer Food Safety."
