QVC(R) Launches The SCOUNDREL COLLECTION(TM); Broadway Baubles Featured in the Hit Show DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS

WEST CHESTER, Pa., April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Great White Way has always been full of glitz and glamour, but the bling factor in the new hit show DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS is blindingly fabulous with cast members outfitted in jewelry provided by QVC. Gregg Barnes, DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS' costume designer, personally selected pieces from QVC's vast jewelry collections of celebrities Joan Rivers, Kenneth Jay Lane and Nolan Miller to be used in the show.

The musical, which opened on March 3, is based on the popular 1988 movie about two con men who pair up to prey on the lavishly rich women of the French Riviera. Playing up the swanky storyline, the cast wears eye-catching jewelry inspired by high-end French designs from the 1950s and 1960s. The leading ladies of the cast sport approximately 100 pieces provided by QVC, encompassing a variety of glamorous looks from bold gold necklaces to sparkling earrings and bracelets reminiscent of the disco era. Rivers, Lane and Miller also created eight new pieces specifically for the show.

"After discovering the jewelry collections that Joan, Kenneth and Nolan created for QVC, I knew their designs would be a perfect fit with the opulent wardrobe concepts I designed for DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS," said Gregg Barnes. "These talented designers have made a splash in the jewelry industry with their high-quality pieces that reflect both vintage and contemporary styles and we are happy to have such over-the-top gorgeous jewelry featured on our equally fabulous leading ladies."

The SCOUNDREL COLLECTION(TM) of jewelry will be available for purchase on QVC beginning April 25 at 10 PM ET in a live broadcast that will include performances by cast members of the musical as well as appearances by Rivers, Lane and Miller.

"This is one of QVC's most creative partnerships," said Catherine Coquillard, vice president QVC jewelry merchandising. "The premise of DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS is an excellent way to showcase the collections of Joan, Kenneth and Nolan, whose pieces combine the glamour of old Hollywood with a retro twist on current trends. We're thrilled that the show is a hit and know that our customers will enjoy the jewelry."

Items will be available beginning on April 25 at 800.345.1515 or http://www.qvc.com/.
