Hurray! Signs Licensing Agreement to Use Songs of Famous Singer

BEIJING, April 21 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Hurray! Holding Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:HRAY), a provider of advanced wireless value-added services and mobile telecommunication network software in China, today announced the signing of a licensing agreement with Ocean Butterflies Music, a record label in China. Under the agreement, Hurray! will be able to use all the songs in the new "No. 89757" album by JJ Lam. JJ Lam is currently one of the most popular singers in China. His last album ''South of China'' has sold over a million copies, and the title track from that album was one of the most popular songs in China during 2004.

Hurray! intends to use these songs in its WAP, color ringback tone (CRBT), interactive voice response (IVR) and multimedia messaging services (MMS) . Under the agreement, Hurray! will also obtain the right to act as the exclusive provider of wireless value-added services in connection with JJ Lam's 2005 concert tour across China.
