NEW YORK, April 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Expo Communications announced a multi- platform affiliation agreement with Bresnan Communications for the rollout of Expo TV, the first television network dedicated to helping consumers make informed purchasing decisions. Expo TV's 24/7 channel will be made available to most of Bresnan's digital basic customers and Expo TV's on-demand service will be made available to all video-on-demand enabled homes, announced Daphne Kwon, chief executive officer, Expo Communications.
