NextMedia Appoints Steve Davis as Vice President of Programming for Its Radio Division
DENVER, March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- NextMedia Group, Inc. announced today that Steve Davis has been appointed Vice President of Programming for the Company's Radio Division. In this role, Mr. Davis will oversee all programming and promotional operations for NextMedia Radio's 66 radio stations nationwide. Mr. Davis' appointment is effective immediately, and he will report to Skip Weller, President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of NextMedia's Radio Division, and Jeff Dinetz, Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of NextMedia's Radio Division.

Steve Davis brings 30 years of radio experience to NextMedia. For the past nine years Mr. Davis has served as a consultant for Zapoleon Media Strategies, working with a variety of radio formats in all market sizes, while also spearheading Zapoleon's European consulting efforts. Prior to that, Mr. Davis served as Regional Programmer for Liberty Broadcasting, as well as Vice President of Programming for Four Seasons Communications. Mr. Davis has also served as Program Manager for radio stations in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Tampa, Norfolk, VA, Richmond, VA, and Birmingham, AL.
