CDMI Productions, Inc. Closes Asset Acquisition and Names Matthew Crouch as Its New Chairman and CEO LOS ANGELES, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CDMI Productions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: CDMP) today announced it has named Matthew Crouch as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board effective immediately. Mr. Crouch will head the company's foray into the production of family based production of feature films, animated projects, episodic television series and documentaries. Current CEO, John R. Dempsey has resigned but will continue to serve as a Board Member. To better serve its production slate, CDMI Productions, Inc. has moved its headquarters from Westlake Village, CA to Hollywood, CA. Mr. Crouch brings over 20 years of production experience to his new role as CEO and Chairman. Notably, Mr. Crouch has produced the highest grossing independent film of 1999, "The Omega Code," as well as "The Champion," "China Cry," "Megiddo: The Omega Code II," and several other productions. Before starting his own production company in 1993, Mr. Crouch served as Vice President of Trinity Broadcasting Network in charge of all aspects of production and President of TBN Films. Marcos M. Mr. Crouch and his wife Laurie Crouch jointly received 8,800,000 common shares of CDMP as consideration for the purchase of the assets and as partial compensation for Mr. Crouch accepting the Chief Executive Officer position. The Crouch's ownership represents approximately 60% of CDMP.
