CD of Adoption Songs Helps Support Children Waiting to Be Adopted EVANSTON, Ill., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Children who are waiting to be adopted will benefit from the sales of a special album of adoption songs, thanks to a new series of joint promotions involving the album's creator and two prominent not-for-profit groups.
