ChooseATL Reveals Plans for SXSW 2016; Atlanta to Make its Mark in Austin

ATLANTA, Feb. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today ChooseATL, a movement dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent in metro Atlanta revealed its plans for South by Southwest (SXSW) 2016. ChooseATL will showcase Atlanta's unmatched quality of life and unlimited opportunity in the Austin Speakeasy, March 13-14. Dubbed the 'ChooseATL House,' the two-day experience will include groundbreaking industry announcements, exclusive dialogues and memorable parties.

-- An intimate conversation with Tom Luse, executive producer and Michael
Satrazemis, director of photography for "The Walking Dead," which is
being filmed in Atlanta for the sixth season.
-- Performances by Atlanta musicians representing a range of genres
including, soulful Billboard charting artist Ruby Velle, hook-heavy
alt-rock trio Kick the Robot, and hip hop artist Steve Cantrell.
-- A big announcement from digitalundivided (DID), a social enterprise that
invests in the success of black and Latina women tech founders, and
winner of the U.S. Small Business Administration's 2015 Growth
Accelerator Competition.
