In the past year, under new corporate parent Killer Content, the Company has expanded from film (Carol, Still Alice, Weiner Dog) into television (Z: The Beginning of Everything) and digital media (Rhythm In Motion), and become a more aggressive bidder for content rights (Only Ever Yours, The Displaced). In launching Media, Killer extends its storytelling reach to brand marketers who value the direct connection that powerful, original narrative can form between a brand and customer.

Killer Films Media has partnered with Union Editorial, a leading post-production company, to provide post services for its clients. Together, the companies have already completed three campaigns: a fashion film for Öhlin/D, a web film for Brides.com, and television spot for UBS (forthcoming) - all developed, packaged and produced by Killer; all edited, animated and finished at Union Editorial NY.

Killer has appointed Rachel Fleit, former Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Honor NYC, to run Killer Films Media. Joining Fleit, is a multi-disciplinary team of artists, editors, directors, photographers, musicians, merchandisers, and developers who will participate in a variety of brand marketing activities.

"Media is a natural next step for us. While Christine and Pam continue to focus on the big screen and our expanding episodic television business, Rachel, regarded as a leading creative director, joins the team in extending our storytelling reach to additional formats and platforms," said Adrienne Becker, CEO, Killer Content, Inc.

"After six years on the brand side, I am acutely aware of the need for engaging, disruptive content created beautifully but efficiently. I am thrilled to join forces with undoubtedly some of the most impactful storytellers of our time, in Killer Films," said Rachel Fleit, Creative Director, Killer Films Media.

KILLER FILMS MEDIA believes that story is the ultimate brand asset. Media is a subsidiary of Killer Content, a company producing award-winning, multi-platform entertainment with a curated group of storytellers and brands. The company is comprised of Killer Films, Glass Elevator, and Viewur. Combined, Killer's properties have earned over 75 Oscar, Emmy and Golden Globe Nominations, most recently for the Academy Award nominated Carol. At this year's Sundance Film Festival, the Company screened four of its films: Goat, Weiner Dog, Frank and Lola and White Girl. And on television, the Killer-produced television series Z: The Beginning of Everything, will be available on Amazon later this year; the pilot is available now on Amazon.

UNION EDITORIALhas offices in Santa Monica, CA, New York City, Austin TX, and London, where it maintains an alliance with Marshall Street Editors. Union is the parent company of Union Entertainment Group, a Film Finance and Production entity; Platform, a creative and advertising solution for the gaming industry; and Resolution, a visual effects boutique specializing in visual effects for commercials, features and gaming. Union is presided over by Partner/Managing Director Michael Raimondi and Partner/Executive Producer Caryn Maclean.
