Medical Alarm Concepts Lands Unique Financing Package - Plans TV Advertising Schedule Announcement

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Dec. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. (OTCQ:MDHI.PK) today announced that it has secured a unique financing package that will significantly enhance cash flow and lead to accelerated profitability as the Company, in conjunction with its media partner, returns the MediPendant(TM) to television for a long term advertising campaign. MediPendant(TM) is a patented personal medical alarm system with technology that enables the user to speak and listen directly through the pendant, no matter where the user may be in and around their home.

As has been previously announced, the Company has partnered with Harrington Multi Media Marketing LLC, which is one of the most successful direct response marketers in the country. Under the terms of that agreement, the media partner will incur the cost of television commercial production and media purchasing. The new financing will allow for nearly the full monetization of each new customer up front, providing strong cash flow for the venture almost immediately.

The management of cash flow can be tricky however, as most customers would like the option to pay for the service on a monthly contract basis rather than paying for all future services up front.
