LeapFrog Announces License Agreement to Distribute Digital Entertainment From Hasbro

Popular Programming from Hasbro Studios Now Available on LeapFrog's Fast-Growing App Center

EMERYVILLE, Calif., Dec. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: LF), the leader in educational entertainment, and Hasbro (NASDAQ: HAS), a leading global branded play company, today announced that LeapFrog has licensed popular Hasbro Studios animated television programming. Beginning this month, episodes from "My Little Pony Friendship is Magic," "The Adventures of Chuck and Friends" and "Pound Puppies" are available via the LeapFrog App Center. Hasbro Studios develops and produces original programming based on Hasbro's beloved brands.

LeapFrog Learning Apps, MSRP $5-$10, are available for purchase in the LeapFrog App Center which is accessed through the LeapFrog Connect Application for LeapPad Explorer(TM) and Leapster Explorer(TM) platforms. LeapPad Explorer (MSRP $99.99, for children ages 4-9) and Leapster Explorer (MSRP $69.99, for children ages 4-9) are currently available at major retail locations and at www.leapfrog.com.
