LEXINGTON, Ky., June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Viamedia, the cable industry's leading independent cable rep firm, announced they have promoted Huey Carter to Manager of Advanced Advertising & Business Development for their Indiana/Sothern Ohio/Kentucky/Tennessee regions.

In his role as Manager of Advanced Advertising & Business Development, Mr. Carter will be responsible for managing the regional sales effort for emerging technologies in the Somerset, Knoxville, Evansville, Fort Wayne, & Cincinnati/Dayton markets. The primary responsibilities include Viamedia's current online and longform initiatives, as well as advanced technologies such as VOD, Widgets, EBIF and text advertising campaigns.

Mr. Carter has been with Viamedia as an Online Account Executive since 2008.
