Live Press Conferences From Top Publishers On GameTrailers.Com Attract The Most Streams In MTV Networks History On-Air, Online And On-Site Programming And Content Give Spike And GT Their Best E3 To Date

LOS ANGELES, June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Spike TV and GameTrailers.com have had their most successful Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) show coverage to date with over 10 million combined online and on-air viewers. The week-long coverage kicked off with the Spike TV premiere of GameTrailers TV Presents: E3 All Access on Friday, June 11 and continued online through Friday, June 18. Spike TV's three hours of on-air E3 coverage was seen by more than 4.6 million people, including 3.1 million men*. E3 coverage on GameTrailers.com garnered more than 12 million visits and 6 million unique visitors throughout the entire week of the convention**.

Spike TV programming included the Friday, June 11 airing of GameTrailers TV Presents: E3 All Access, which presented world premieres of triple-A videogame titles, "GTTV Presents Xbox 360: The Future Revealed," a program that exclusively covered the Microsoft E3 press conference on-air on Monday, June 14 and "GameTrailers TV with Geoff Keighley," the network's weekly show that featured interviews with executives from Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft and aired on Friday, June 18.

GameTrailers.com coverage features over 900 published videos from E3 alone - more than double the video output of the closest competitor. On Tuesday, June 15, the Web site had the most traffic in a single day in the history of GameTrailers with 2.5 million visits and 1.7 million unique visitors**. The live streaming press conferences of Microsoft, EA, Ubisoft, Nintendo and Sony totaled more than 2.1 million live sessions, which were the most in Viacom history***.
