Cox Names Omar Deveaux Its Director of Network and Engineering in Roanoke
ROANOKE, Va., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Cox has selected Omar Deveaux to serve as Director of Network and Engineering in its Roanoke market. In his new role, Deveaux will be responsible for leading Roanoke's network operational areas to include Engineering, Maintenance, and Construction. Deveaux possesses more than twenty years in the telecommunications industry.
"Omar has a strong knowledge of the cable and telecommunications industry," said Jeremy Bye, Cox Vice President of Network and Operations. Prior to his new position, Deveaux served as Central Systems Manager in Roanoke. Before moving to Roanoke he worked in the Cox Phoenix system for 11 years in various network and leadership positions.
