Cox Communications Launches New On DEMAND Experience in New England
Service Offers New On-Screen Interface for Faster and Easier Navigation
WEST WARWICK, R.I., Aug. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Cox Communications has upgraded the on-screen interface for Cox On DEMAND in Rhode Island and Connecticut, providing faster and simpler navigation. The Cox On DEMAND updates are free-of-charge and available immediately to Digital Cable subscribers.

The overall performance is much faster and more user-friendly. The upgrades include several enhancements to the usability of the Cox On DEMAND service:
-- Horizontal scrolling provides quicker navigation through folders -- 'Skip' functions allow the user to skip forward or backward in 15-minute intervals while fast-forwarding or rewinding -- Movie previews are available directly from a folder's main menu -- Jump back 10 seconds with the new Instant Replay function
Along with these new features, Cox is also adding more choices to FreeZone, more HD content, and more Movies On DEMAND.
Cox On DEMAND offers thousands of titles available any time. This includes hit series, premium channel content, and hundreds of new releases, HD and free movies.
