MORRISON, Colo., Aug. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- What:

An interactive youth concert, featuring live music and international speakers to announce a

"global call to action" to youth from around the world. Presented by Pennies for Peace and HomeVibe, the event will benefit Pennies for Peace, a program of Central Asia Institute, which promotes and supports community-based education on a global scale, one penny at a time. It will also benefit the speakers' and exhibitors' nonprofit groups, as well.

To launch a call-to-action to our youth; to inspire them; to emphasize the value of youth in creating the future; to showcase the importance of creating change with individual talents; to share the importance of having "three cups of tea with elders"; and to help make their voices heard in this era of hope and change in our country. "We want everyone - from teens to adults - to walk away from this concert and speaking event, knowing they can make a stand in their own communities for causes that inspire them - from human issues to social causes and environmental issues," said Greg Mortenson, Nobel Peace Prize nominee, founder of award winning international youth program Pennies for Peace, and best-selling author of Three Cups of Tea.
