LOS ANGELES, Jan. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Lifetime Movie Network's (LMN) What Color is Love? averaged 1.6 million total viewers during its Sunday, January 18, premiere at 8:00 PM (ET/PT). This solid ratings performance drove What Color is Love? to rank as the third highest rated Lifetime Movie Network original film in its 10-year history among women 18-49 (1.1/451,393 viewers) and women 25-54 (1.2/ 462,669 viewers).

What Color is Love? joins other successful, record-breaking Lifetime Movie Network original productions among W18-49, namely the top two highest rated films, The Capture of the Green River Killer and Little Girl Lost: The Delimar Vera Story.

The premiere's delivery among W18-49 was 27 percent above the Network's average for originals and 13 percent above its average for W25-54. The ratings increased with each consecutive half-hour during the movie's two-hour presentation. In households, the film's performance was a strong 1.9 rating.

What Color is Love? is based on a true story about an interracial love affair that turns into a controversial custody battle. The original movie stars Doug Savant, Roger Cross and Jennifer Finnigan.

The next Lifetime Movie Network original film will be Taken in Broad Daylight, starring James Van Der Beek, which premieres Sunday, February 15, at 8:00 PM (ET/PT).
