NEW YORK, Sept. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- RACHAEL RAY, which recently won an Emmy for Outstanding Talk Show, returns for its third season on Monday, September 8th with "Rachael Ray on Wheels," a full episode aboard a Double Decker bus in New York City, with guest emcee Ed McMahon. Also during premiere week, Rachael celebrates a personal milestone with viewers and some surprise guests. Plus, RACHAEL RAY kicks off the Kenmore-Elite sponsored "Rach to the Rescue," where a RACHAEL RAY outfitted Fleetwood RV will travel to cities across the country with eight television cooks and come to the rescue of viewers in need of culinary expertise.

Season three of RACHAEL RAY will focus on value and giving back. Rachael considers her viewers her family and is committed to showing them ways to have a great life during tough economic times. Whether it's ways to stretch a dollar at the grocery store, how to entertain friends on the cheap, bargain back to school clothes or recipes you can stretch out for the whole week, RACHAEL RAY is bringing budget back.
