NEW YORK, March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The world's best selling multi-artist album series, NOW That's What I Call Music!, is back this Spring with a red- hot collection of chart-topping tunes. NOW That's What I Call Music!, Vol. 27, scheduled for release on March 11, will feature 20 of the biggest smash hits spanning the current Pop, Modern Rock, Country and R&B charts.
