NEW YORK, March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Chairman and CEO of QTRAX Allan Klepfisz announced today that Beggars Group has signed a digital distribution licensing agreement with QTRAX, the free and legal ad-supported peer-to-peer music network.

The Beggars Group is considered the largest and most influential independent group of labels in the UK. The flagship label within Beggars Group, Beggars Banquet, is a British independent record label that began as a chain of record shops. Mr. Martin Mills is Chairman of Beggars Group and has been very active and progressive in using the internet to drive the growth of Beggars Group labels and artists.
