ID Media Promotes Rob Bochicchio to Chief Broadcast Officer

NEW YORK, March 4 /PRNewswire/ -- ID Media, the largest buyer of DRTV in the U.S., has announced the promotion of Rob Bochicchio to Chief Broadcast Officer. The 18-year broadcast media veteran will oversee ID Media's entire broadcast operation and promote knowledge sharing and best practices across all broadcast teams. Also, as part of his new role, Bochicchio will take on responsibility for the Broadcast Traffic Department.

Bochicchio was a member of the founding Executive Committee that launched ID Media in 2002. Promoted from the position of Director of Broadcast Services, Bochicchio is credited with pioneering new broadcast buying approaches at the company. These approaches include highly effective upfronts for DRTV and an early partnership with Google TV Ads, participating in their successful beta auction of TV inventory in 2007.
