DETROIT, Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Santa arrived early today to announce to metro Detroiters the first gift of the season! It's time to deck the halls and spread the yuletide cheer as the fabulous Fox Theatre will open its doors for the Fifth Third Bank Christmas Picture Day and Ticket Blitz! Festivities are set to take place this Saturday, Oct. 20 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Free registration begins today at OlympiaEntertainment.com.

The Fifth Third Bank Christmas Picture Day will allow families the opportunity to visit the Fox Theatre and take a Christmas picture in the beautifully decorated Grand Lobby. Guests will need to bring their personal cameras as there will not be a professional photographer or cameras on-site. Fox Theatre staff will be able to assist with taking pictures, if requested. Santa will also be on-hand to mingle and appear in pictures. There will be no cost to take Christmas pictures in the Fox Theatre Grand Lobby, but families are required to pre-register for a specific block of time at OlympiaEntertainment.com. No pets are allowed. Suggested parking is located in the Fox Garage on Montcalm for $2 per vehicle.
In addition, there will be a Christmas Ticket Blitz, courtesy of Fifth Third Bank, taking place at the Fox Theatre box office! Purchase tickets to the following performances that are part of the Fifth Third Bank Holiday Series at the Fox Theatre and save up to $10 per ticket! Discounted tickets will be available at the Fox Theatre box office only during normal box office hours, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. this Saturday, Oct. 20.
