Eisner's New Media Studio, Vuguru, Leads the Way By Adapting to New Business Models

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Michael Eisner's new media studio, Vuguru (www.vuguru.com), announced today that "Prom Queen: Summer Heat," the spin-off series of their Emmy-nominated debut series, "Prom Queen," will be available on new platforms and has distribution deals with some of the most innovative online video browsers, syndicates and websites today. These partnerships illustrate Vuguru's foresight and capability to keep up with the evolving landscape of digital media and seek out the next generation of web mavericks.

The spin-off series, "Prom Queen: Summer Heat" has multi-level promotion and distribution deals with Bebo, MySpace, YouTube, Veoh, Verizon Wireless V CAST Video, Imeem, Revver, and Blinkx. Additionally, Vuguru has distribution deals with VideoEgg, which is using video overlay technology, marking the first time this advertising platform has been used as a content distribution method, and Starstyle.com which involves e-commerce. This is in addition to the viewer's ability to watch the series on Prom Queen's homepage www.PromQueen.tv, and parent page, Vuguru.com.
