In the Name of Allah Most Gracious Most Merciful Imam J.D. Hall Set to Host New Show, the Beauty of Islam on KCAA Radio 1050 AM

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- A new show on Islam called "The Beauty of Islam" will debut on KCAA Radio 1050 AM hosted by Imam J.D. Hall, from 5pm to 6pm, every Saturday beginning Saturday, September 8th, 2007. The goals of the new program are to fulfill the Qur'anic edict: "Invite to the way of your lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching, and argue with them in a way that is better. Truly, your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His path and He is the best aware of those who are guided." -- Qur'an 16:125.

Imam J.D. Hall, creator of the show states, "The program was conceived and born out of discussions with other Muslims about the current narrow presentation of Islam that exists on the airwaves post 9/11. I want to take a more insightful look at Islam through the prism of its beautiful guidance and teachings."

Imam J.D. Hall intends to acquaint non-Muslims with "The Beauty of Islam" and to reacquaint Muslims with the same. The initial plan is to air the show in a "pre-recorded format." It will also be available for "Live Listening" on KCAAradio.com and downloadable as a "pod cast" from the same site.

Once our "air presence" has been established the show will add a "call in" segment.
