KS95 'Stuffs the School Bus' for The Salvation Army at Area Wal-Mart/Sam's Club stores
ROSEVILLE, Minn., Aug. 7 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Each year The Salvation Army provides school supplies to low-income families. This year the need is greater than ever, and The Salvation Army has enlisted the help of KS95's radio talent to make a plea for donations.
In response to this need, KS95 will ask listeners to stuff back-to-school supplies onto a bus Aug. 10 - 12 for The Salvation Army's school supply drive. The "Stuff the School Bus" collection will tour 20 metro Wal-Mart and Sam's Club stores where KS95 personalities will encourage shoppers to donate new school supplies for children in need. Other sponsors include 3M and Post-It Brand Products, Malt-O-Meal, Clear American Sparkling Water, Jennie-O Turkey Store, Primrose Schools of Minnesota and First Student Transportation.
New school supplies can be donated Aug. 11-13 at the bus, or now through Aug. 26 at collection bins located at 30 metro-area Wal-Mart and Sam's Club stores.
