Senator Biden (D-Del.) will be appearing for the fifth time, the first since his appearance on January 31, the day he officially announced his intention to seek the Democratic nomination. Senator Obama (D-Ill.) will make his way to the studio for the first time, having appeared once before, November 7, 2005, via satellite. The visit by former Governor Thompson (R-Wis.) will be his first to "The Daily Show."
