PROSPECTIVE ENTERTAINMENT GIANT HAS GREAT REACH IN MOBILE MEDIA

(PinkSheets: GRPS) announced today that it has launched a worldwide family-oriented Christian content catalog, Christian Ringtunes and christianringtunes.com. With nearly 2.3 billion Christians and 2.2 billion cell phones worldwide, Gold River Productions is positioned with christianringtunes.com to become a leader of Christian content through wireless delivery. During September and October 2007, Gold River Productions will be working closely with the leading global wireless gateway platforms to create a more user-friendly experience for consumers when purchasing audio and visual products using their cell phones or other wireless devices. Beta testing of the Christian Ringtunes website, using TxtNation as its delivery platform to 28 countries, will be completed on October 15, 2007. At that time Gold River Productions will increase its delivery to 220 countries.

Gold River Productions is now positioned to maximize the promotion of its motion pictures, soundtracks and artist development by using the wireless gateway platforms that distribute mobile media. In addition to the promotional value of using cell phones to reach retail consumers, it is projected that Gold River Productions' Mobile Media Division shall generate substantial revenue by selling mobile media content throughout the world.

The Gold River Productions Executives and Advisory team believe that with the 6.5 billion dollars reported by major phone carriers for the sale of ringtones/ realtones/ ringtunes and electronic wallpaper in 2006, and with the $11 billion projected for 2010, this revenue is substantial enough for Christian Ringtunes to estimate achieving a one percent (1%) market share over the next several quarters.
