"How America Searches: Online Shopping," a new study launched from icrossing and conducted by Harris Interactive, reveals that the majority of online adult shoppers who research products online before making a purchase decision rely on search engines more than any other tool to conduct their research. The study also revealed that most online adults who buy online conduct research at least sometimes prior to completing a purchase.

More Than Half of Executives Would Start Career Over in Different Industry, Korn/Ferry Survey Finds

More than half of more than 17-hundred global executives surveyed would likely choose a different field could they start their career over again, according to the latest Executive Quiz from Korn/Ferry International. When posed the question, the most popular responses by executives were "highly likely" and "likely". Other responses included "maybe", "unlikely" and "highly unlikely". Further, when asked if they anticipate making a major career change before retirement, more than three in five respondents consider this "highly likely," with another 26 percent indicating it is "likely." Despite these findings, two-thirds of respondents reportedly feel they have "absolutely" or "somewhat" reached the level of success they would have anticipated when they began their professional careers. Additionally, more than half would "definitely" recommend their profession to somebody embarking on his or her career.

A new survey by the legal Web site FindLaw.com says people think families and children and how to handle finances are the most important issues for couples to discuss prior to getting married. Nearly 2 point 5 million couples will get married this year, according to the U-S Census Bureau. About 1 point 2 million couples will get a divorce. The FindLaw.com survey asked one thousand American adults what the most important issues are for couples to discuss prior to getting married.
