U.S. and British Attitudes to the Job Police Are Doing Differ, According to Latest Harris Poll
Confidence among U-S adults regarding the job the police are doing in the United States is fairly high. In comparison, British adults have significantly less confidence in their local police. Adults in Great Britain have more uneasiness, undoubtedly reflecting a greater nervousness as a result of the bombings in London that took place in July. These are the results of a Harris Poll conducted online by Harris Interactive in the United States and in Great Britain in September.
